Job description:

• Tutorial Video Production: Conceptualize, record (screen capture), and edit high-quality tutorial videos, step-by-step guides, and product demos for Diaflow.
• Product Synchronization: Attend weekly on-site meetings to thoroughly understand the platform's latest features and updates.
• Visual Enhancement: Support the creation of motion graphics and visual effects to illustrate technical concepts in a visual and accessible way.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to ensure video content aligns with brand positioning and effectively addresses user pain points.
• Asset Management: Organize and manage raw footage, screen recordings, and design assets efficiently.

Skills & Experience:

• Background: Students or recent graduates in Multimedia, Film, Communications, or related fields.
• Editing Skills: Basic experience with editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
• Big Plus: Previous experience creating or editing tutorial videos, software walkthroughs, or internal training videos is a strong advantage.
• Supplementary Knowledge: A foundational understanding of motion graphics (After Effects, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Creative, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of articulating information clearly and coherently.
