Job description
Workflow Development & Implementation
- Build and deploy automated workflows using the Diaflow platform
- Create custom automation apps tailored to specific business requirements
- Test and iterate on workflow solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Document workflow designs and implementation processes
Business Process Analysis
- Study and analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to map out process flows and pain points
- Research industry best practices for process optimization
- Assist in developing process improvement recommendations
Platform Development Support
- Contribute to the enhancement of Diaflow's automation capabilities
- Participate in user experience testing and feedback collection
- Help create templates and reusable workflow components
- Support the development of training materials and documentation
Learning & Development
- Participate in structured learning sessions on business process management
- Attend workshops on automation strategy and implementation
- Complete hands-on projects that demonstrate mastery of workflow concepts
- Present findings and solutions to the team on a regular basis
Skills & Experiences
Background in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields (open to interns)
Basic knowledge of workflow design, automation, or APIs is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
Good communication and teamwork abilities
